Product Description:
MAPOE18 is a maleic anhydride grafted modified polyolefin product. Through its polar and non-polar groups, it forms chemical bonds or strong interactions with the two different materials at the pipeline bonding interface, eliminating interfacial tension and thereby enhancing bonding strength. It serves as an additive that improves the compatibility of pipeline bonding interfaces and enhances the adhesive strength and stability with epoxy resin layers. It is commonly used to solve poor adhesion issues caused by polarity differences when bonding pipelines of different materials.

The typical processing temperature range for MAPOE18 is 190–300°C. Specific parameters should be adjusted based on the formulation, type of extrusion equipment, screw design, screw speed, output, and residence time.
Storage & Safety:
This product is supplied in the form of free-flowing pellets. Due to their small size, they should be stored in a dry, clean, room-temperature environment, protected from direct sunlight. Outdoor storage is strictly prohibited. Operational precautions must be taken to prevent contamination by foreign matter.
As a non-hygroscopic material, its moisture absorption rate is lower than that of non-polyolefin polymers. Therefore, no pre-drying is required before processing.
