PE-Based Compatibilizers

This product is produced through reactive extrusion grafting of maleic anhydride (MAH) onto standard LLDPE compounds, resulting in enhanced polarity and reactivity that makes it ideally suited for low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) flame-retardant polyolefin cable applications. Even at minimal addition levels, it effectively improves the compatibility between flame-retardant inorganic fillers and polyolefin matrices, while substantially boosting tensile strength, elongation at break, and overall performance of LSZH cable materials.

Typical applications:

1. Used for filling polyethylene or polyolefin halogen-free flame-retardant cable materials with aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, etc;

2. Toughening and modification of nylon;

3. Improve the bonding performance of inorganic reinforcement and filler materials;

4. Toughening and compatibilizing agent for polyolefin wood-plastic composites.

Recommended Loading:

The product boasts a high grafting rate of maleic anhydride, thus a relatively small addition amount can achieve good results, typically ranging from 5% to 8%. The specific addition amount needs to be determined by the user based on the formula design and the final performance requirements of the product.

Packaging: 25 kg/bag in kraft-poly laminated bags

Transportation: Protect from moisture, contamination and direct sunlight

Storage:

• Store in cool, dry and well-ventilated area
